We help you improve your mind, body, breath and well-being using yoga, meditation and mindfulness. 
Our sessions are for everyone! To be enjoyed and relished - with hard work, laughter and quiet time.

Sessions are taught by Jane who is a qualified yoga teacher, yoga and butekyo breathing therapist and mindfulness & meditation teacher. She holds a MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation. She is  now training to become an Integrative Yoga Psychotherapist and will be working on client case studies in 2025. On the first weekend March 2025 Jane will be co-leading a Mindfulness Residential Retreat - Movement with Compassion at Braziers Park, Oxon - there are only 2 spaces left but there are also day tickets available for the Saturday 1st March

We are also delighted to welcome Senior Teachers and Acupuncturists throughout the year. On December 6 and January  10 we will be welcoming Priti Heath for morning acupuncture clinics - you can book direct by e-mailing pritiheath@hotmail.com - places very limited


We have weekly Group sessions and 1-2-1 /1-2-2 sessions. Groups are limited to 10 or less. 
Most Group classes are booked via a course. The only Yoga drop i
n classes are on Tuesday nights, either in person at 18:15 or via Zoom at 19:30.

 Yoga Therapy Group monthly sessions on Tues or Wed eves at 18:15  (1 hour 10) POP IN CLASSES 
Zoom Group classes on Tuesday eve normally at 19:30 (1 hr) save on Jan 7th and 14th when classes are at 18:00 POP IN or new Course starts in Feb

All sessions are booked and paid for in advance ONLINE - please go to the Book Online page 

You can book Yoga Therapy 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 sessions live in the Yoga Shack (or Zoom).  Please contact Jane direct to arrange a time. 
Each year we raise money for Charity via Yoga workshops in the garden and during Silent Retreats. 

In 2024 so far we have raised £590 for Racing Welfare. There will be a half-day charity yoga retreat on Sunday Dec 29th

Thank you Jane for all that you have done for me. Since starting yoga at The Yoga Shack around 18 months ago I’ve completely fallen in love with the practice which is entirely due to your care, professionalism and excellent manner of teaching which you somehow manage to tailor to everyone’s ability.  Your idyllic and peaceful yoga studio where one can meditate to either the sounds of birdsong or the elements completes the experience.

 

The improvement in my balance, posture, alignment, stability and strength is there for me to take along throughout the rest of my life.  My only regret is that I didn’t find you earlier…
